What clients usually ask before starting

If your case is not covered here, write to us: we review the need and tell you plainly whether we can solve it.

Do you take on projects outside Boyacá?

Yes. We operate from Duitama and serve the region and the rest of Colombia. Site visits and travel time are agreed within the scope of each project.

Do you handle both the design and the installation?

Yes. We can take the full project — design, calculation reports, permitting, assembly and commissioning — or only the stage you need. Either way you keep a single technical counterpart.

What do I need to start a procedure with the grid operator?

It depends on the type of request (new connection, load increase, modification or generation). In the first conversation we review your case, define which documents and studies apply, and take over the process and follow-up.

Can I install solar panels and stay connected to the grid?

Yes. We work on grid-tied, off-grid and hybrid self-generation projects. Before sizing anything we assess consumption, available solar resource and the applicable connection requirements.

How does a project with CyP start?

You tell us the need by WhatsApp, email or the form on this site. We do a first read of the scope at no cost and, if it makes sense to move forward, we go on to assessment and a proposal with defined scope, timeline and cost.
